Zoe’s Place operates a number of hospices that provide wonderful “home from home” environments for babies and infants aged from birth to five years old with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions.
As the only baby-specific hospices in the UK, they offer palliative, respite and end-of-life care and family support free of charge.
